Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Rajvardhan Gharge (“we”, “us”) for the use of Client24. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
The service
Client24 is a customer relationship management application. You get a workspace, you invite your team, and you keep your sales records in it. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team does with it. Keep your password to yourself.
- Tell us promptly at rajvardhan0918@gmail.com if you think it has been compromised.
- One person per account. Do not share logins.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use Client24 to help someone else break it.
- Upload personal data you have no lawful basis to hold, or send marketing to people who have not agreed to receive it.
- Try to reach another workspace's data, probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission, or interfere with its operation.
- Resell or white-label the service without our agreement.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
If you find a security flaw, tell us at rajvardhan0918@gmail.com. We will not pursue you for reporting something you found in good faith and did not exploit.
Your data stays yours
You own everything you put into Client24. We claim no rights over it. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete it. If you close your account, we delete your workspace content within 30 days; copies inside encrypted backups age out on their own 90-day cycle.
Availability
Client24 is currently provided free of charge, and there is no uptime guarantee. It runs on free tiers of third-party infrastructure, which means it can be slow or briefly unavailable, and we may have to take it down for maintenance. We will not pretend otherwise.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take encrypted nightly backups and we intend to keep the service running, but the honest position is that a free service should not be your only copy of your business records.
If we start charging
We may introduce paid plans. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any charge applies to you, and you will be free to export your data and leave rather than pay.
Ending it
- You may close your account at any time, for any reason.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
- If we discontinue Client24 entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months — which, while the service is free, is zero.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Client24 afterwards means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
