Always connected
Every deal, every follow-up, one workspace.
Client24 holds leads, opportunities, meetings, proposals, projects and tenders together — so “where does this deal stand?” is one screen, not four tools and a spreadsheet.

What's inside
Twelve modules, one workspace
Each one is linked to the others. A lead becomes an opportunity, an opportunity becomes a proposal, a won proposal becomes a project — without re-typing anything.
Lead
Someone gets in touch. Scored and qualified.
Opportunity
Worth pursuing. Now it has a value and a stage.
Proposal
Priced and sent as a PDF.
Project
Won. Delivery starts, in the same place.
Leads
Capture, score and qualify. Duplicate detection on email, BANT fields, and a scoring model that ranks who to call first.
Opportunities
A pipeline by stage with weighted forecasting, so the number you report is the number you can defend.
Contacts & organisations
The people and companies behind every deal, linked to the leads, meetings and proposals that involve them.
Tasks & follow-ups
What is overdue, what is due today, and what is coming. Reminders arrive before you would have remembered.
Meetings
Scheduling with attendees, and an email reminder to everyone fifteen minutes before it starts.
Proposals
Build a proposal from an opportunity and send it as a PDF, generated on the server and attached to a plain, professional email.
Projects
What happens after the deal closes — delivery tracked in the same place the sale was made.
Tenders
Bid tracking with deadlines and submission status, for teams whose pipeline runs through formal procurement.
Campaigns
Marketing activity tied to the leads it produced, so source attribution is a fact rather than a guess.
Activity timeline
Every call, note and change against a record, in order. The answer to "what happened with this account?"
AI assistant
Ask about your own pipeline in plain language, scoped to what you are allowed to see.
Search
One search across leads, contacts, organisations, opportunities and more.
Follow-through
The work you'd otherwise forget
Most deals are not lost to competitors. They are lost to a follow-up nobody made.
A day, as it arrives
- 05:00
Morning brief
What is due today and who you are meeting. Skipped entirely on a day with nothing in it.
- 10:40
Meeting in 15 minutes
You and every attendee get an email, with the location, shortly before it starts.
- 14:00
Midday check-in
What is still open, while there is time left to act on it.
- 17:00
Evening wrap-up
What slipped, so tomorrow starts from a known position — or an all-clear if nothing did.
15 minutes before a meeting
An email to you and every attendee. Add someone late and they still get theirs.
Three times a day
A digest of what is overdue, what is due today and what is next — morning, midday and evening.
In the app
Notifications for assignments, approvals and tasks coming due, with a daily nudge until they are done.
Security
Built for other people's data
You are putting your customers' details into this. Here is exactly how they are kept apart from everyone else's.
Company A
Company B
Neither side can reach across. The rule is enforced by the database itself, on every single query — not by application code that has to remember to check. Code can forget. This cannot.
Your workspace is isolated by the database
Separation is enforced by row-level security in Postgres, not by application code. A query made on behalf of one workspace cannot return another workspace's rows even if the application asks it to.
Administrators are scoped too
Being an administrator makes you an administrator of your own workspace. There is no role that reads across tenants.
Every change is recorded
An audit log captures who changed which record, when, and the values before and after — so you can answer that question about your own team.
Encrypted backups, data in India
The database runs in Mumbai. A nightly backup is encrypted with AES-256 before it leaves the server, and is unreadable without a passphrase held separately.
The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, including every third party involved and what each one receives.

- Your own isolated workspace
- Invite your team, each with their own role

Questions
Before you sign up
- What does it cost?
- Nothing today. Client24 is free while in early access. If paid plans are introduced, existing accounts get at least 30 days' notice by email and can export everything and leave rather than pay.
- Can I add my team?
- Yes. Invite colleagues by email from Settings and give each of them a role — sales, business development, marketing, management and so on. Roles decide what each person can see and change: a salesperson sees their own and their team's work, management sees everything. Invitations last seven days and only work for the address they were sent to.
- Who can see my data?
- Only the people you invite into your workspace, and within it only what their role permits. Isolation between workspaces is enforced by the database rather than by application code, so one company's records cannot be returned to another even by mistake. Our Privacy Policy lists every third party involved and exactly what each one receives.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, at any time, and you can ask us to delete it. You own everything you put in.
- Is it built for Indian businesses?
- Amounts are in rupees, dates and times render in IST, and the database is hosted in Mumbai. Tender tracking is included, which most CRMs leave out.
